Payment

Payments are made via PayPal. Please note that a 5% handling fee will be added to the total amount.

In rare cases, your PayPal account may be blocked even after payment has been completed. If this occurs, we will notify you and request that you contact your credit card company for assistance.

You may then cancel your reservation and make a new one, or choose to pay on-site on the day of your reservation.

Cancellation Policy

• 48 hours in advance: 100% refund
• 24 hours in advance: 50% refund
• After 24 hours: No refund
• No-show: Full charge will apply

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours due to weather conditions. In the event of bad weather, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered only if we determine that beach photography is not possible.

Refunds will be processed via PayPal within 2–3 days.

If you wish to change your reservation date, please contact us using the email provided in your booking confirmation. Please note that no refunds will be issued for cancellations made after a date change.

Insurance Policy

If you have purchased a program, please provide your full name, passport number, hotel name, and date of birth at the insurance office upon arrival.
Failure to provide complete information may result in your insurance being invalid.

Insurance covers injuries sustained during elephant photography only. Other incidents are not covered.

Children under 4 years old may participate in photos free of charge with a paying adult, but are not covered by liability insurance.
If desired, insurance is available at 100 THB per person.

Hotel Pickup

• Hotel pickup is available; rates vary by beach area and are charged per vehicle. Please select “Pickup” on the reservation form if required.
  Some areas may only be available between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM, or may offer one-way transportation only.
• Patong Beach pickups are free, but limited to hotels only. We cannot pick up guests from department stores, restaurants, or other public locations.
• If your hotel is listed as being in Patong Beach but is located in the Kalim Beach area, the Kalim Beach pickup fee will apply.
• The driver will wait in the hotel lobby at the scheduled time.
  Please note that room calls will not be made.
  If you do not meet the driver within 15 minutes and no contact is made, your trip will be canceled and no refund will be issued.

Participation Rules

Our premises include a café and restaurant.
Outside food and beverages are strictly prohibited.
A 2,000 THB fine will apply for any violations.

Please do not bring fruit to feed the elephants, as certain types may cause illness. Approved fruit is available for purchase on-site.

Smoking (including cannabis) is allowed only in designated areas.

Guests who behave in a disruptive manner (e.g., intoxicated) will be asked to leave immediately.
Any illegal behavior will be reported to the police.

About the Elephants

Elephants are intelligent and gentle animals, but due to their large size, even small movements can cause injury.

They have large ears but limited hearing and respond mainly to loud voices.
Handlers give commands loudly in Mahu, the traditional elephant language — this is not shouting in anger.
Elephants also have poor eyesight and may become startled if approached suddenly from the side or behind.
Please do not approach an elephant without a keeper present.

During photo sessions, elephants’ feet are not chained for natural movement.
Handlers carry training tools to ensure everyone’s safety.

When elephants are resting, their feet may be lightly chained to prevent them from wandering into traffic.

We do not accept negative comments regarding the ethical use or training of elephants.
Our elephants are treated with love and respect, and we live with them as part of our family.
We never abuse them.
